The is a lovely St Margaret's chapel right at the top of Edinburgh castle which we had the pleasure of visiting a few years ago.
I had already decided to make Scotch eggs for tea today, when a friend pointed out this feast day. So Scotch eggs for the feast of St Margaret of Scotland.
